[BUG] I have recorded a video of the Claude Code limit bug.

What's Wrong?

I am using Claude Code Max 5. It is for desktop, and I am running Windows 11. I am not sure if this is a previously announced bug, but I experienced a bug where my usage limit hit 100% after only two days of use.

I haven't given any task instructions, yet the 5-hour limit completely filled up to 100% in an instant. To prove this, I waited another 5 hours. While doing absolutely nothing at 0%, I waited a moment and watched it jump to 25%. I immediately started recording a video. After confirming it was at 25%, I checked the usage again, and it instantly shot up to 100%. If I hadn't recorded this, how could I have ever proven how unfair this situation is?

The Anthropic desktop application has a feature called [Get Help]. It says it connects you to a representative through an AI called Fin AI Agent, but there has been no response at all for several hours. I am so incredibly disappointed with Anthropic.

I haven't been able to do any work for 5 hours, I confirmed the error, and now I won't be able to work for another 5 hours. Even when it resets in 5 hours, it will probably shoot right up to 100% again, meaning I won't be able to work at all. I am deeply disappointed with Anthropic's customer service. What should I do about the stress I've received and the damage caused by not being able to work? I am incredibly angry.

It must operate normally in a way that the user can understand and accept.

Since this doesn't happen to everyone, it cannot be easily replicated. This is because it is impossible to know whether it is simply bad luck, a system error on Anthropic's part, or an intentional behavior by Anthropic.
