[BUG] Session terminates automatically when using multiple subagents.

What's Wrong?

When telling claude code to fan out subagents for multiple tasks , the session abruptly crashes mid-way .
crashes without any dump logs or evidence what caused it.
what it looks like after the crash happens.

Resume this session with:
claude --resume 25154cf5-6ea9-4592-8fa2-c84803bf1c1a
Terminate batch job (Y/N)?

more info : i never touched CTRL C or any sort of other commands , i was away from claude code when this happened , happened 3+ times today.
also claude version : 2.1.147 (Claude Code)

What Should Happen?

it should not crash abruptly in mid conversation.
