[BUG] PyCharm plugin hint from Claude Code plugin

What's Wrong?

This annoying "bug" HAVE been reported before with status "Closed as not planned" - it is just sad!
I'm (when reporting again) using latest Claude: 2.1.146 (Claude Code)

What Should Happen?

This message should be removed when starting Claude Code from the plugin:
"Install the PyCharm plugin from the JetBrains Marketplace: https://docs.claude.com/s/claude-code-jetbrains"

Steps to Reproduce

Install Claude Code [Beta] plugin into JetBrains IDE.
Start Claude Code from the plugin-button
Observe that Claude Code starts in the terminal windows, is connected but still displays the aforementioned message.
