[BUG] the native linux images are stale

What's Wrong?

"Update available! Run: your package manager update command" -

• to make the above message meaningful the native linux images are to be updated at least daily. At the present moment they are stale, so my sudo dnf upgrade command won't update claude code.

What Should Happen?

Your team should establish an automatic workflow to update/publish/sign the most recent versions of the tools, so they are available through the package managers.

Steps to Reproduce

install the claude code on a Linux Machine (Fedora in my case) using package manager - dnf;
run sudo dnf upgrade regularly.
The claude code is not updated as the vendor have not updated it in the repository.
