As of today the https://claude.ai/new#settings/claude-code pages opens in a popup a has the "Classify session states" toggle turned on.

The description says

Allow Claude to automatically classify sessions as blocked, ready for review, or done. Classifying sessions counts towards your plan usage. Applies to new sessions.

What's Wrong or Missing?

There seem to be no explanation on https://code.claude.com/docs of what "Classify session states" does, and its impact on privacy and costs.
