[Bug] Anthropic API Error: System role not supported on model

Bug Description
2.1.145 (Claude Code) De un momento a otro estaba usando Claude Code normal con Opus y me sale este mensaje: API Error: 400 role 'system' is not supported on this model, nunca me habia salido.
