[Feature Request] Add search functionality to grep across all conversations and navigate to matching context

Bug Description
I would like to be able to search through all conversations inside claude agents, this feature will grep all conversation ai chat, human chat, subagents chat, etc. could work like a fzf, then when I pick the one it will guide me to that place in prompt/subagent, etc.
