[Bug] Claude Code inconsistently follows user instructions and requires excessive token-burning iterations

Bug Description
Very inconsistent, was easier when just making it with raw CSS, feels like it's getting dumber, and although still faster than me doing it, it still needs a lot of back and forth burning tokens and wasting time for obvious things, and not doing things it gets told.
