[BUG] Claude Desktop Relaunch on Relaunch Chip Click fails in Windows 11

What's Wrong?

Claude Desktop Windows 11

When you click on the relaunch to update click that appears on Claude Desktop

The relaunch fails with a "Another Process using Program Error"

Trying to reinstall Claude Desktop Produces the following....

What Should Happen?

The relaunch should work properly
Else provide more specific debug info
