Satisfaction prompt interrupts mid-typing

The satisfaction/feedback prompt ("how is Claude doing?" style popup) sometimes appears while I'm actively typing input. It's disruptive because keystrokes can land on the popup instead of the prompt, and it breaks my train of thought mid-message.
Request: only show the prompt at moments when the user is clearly not typing — e.g., on startup, on /exit, or after an idle period with no input activity. Avoid showing it while there is text in the input buffer or active typing in the last few seconds.
Platform: Windows 11, Claude Code CLI.
