[BUG] [iOS] Send button (orange arrow) not tappable in new session

Description
When starting a new session in the Claude Code iOS app, the send button (orange circle with up arrow) is not tappable.

⚠️ Update: This issue was resolved by installing the GitHub app on the device. The root cause may be a missing GitHub integration dependency rather than an iOS compatibility issue.

Device Info

Device: iPhone 16 Pro
iOS Version: 26.4.2
App Version: 1.2605140
Steps to Reproduce

Open Claude Code app
Select "New Session"
Type text in the input field
Tap the send button (orange circle with up arrow)
Button does not respond
Resolution
Installing the GitHub app on the device resolved the issue. The send button became functional immediately after installation.

Additional Info

Uninstalled and reinstalled the Claude Code app — issue persisted
Installing the GitHub app fixed the issue
Suspected compatibility issue with iOS 26 (beta) — likely a GitHub integration dependency issue instead
