[BUG] Claude Desktop crashes entire app on Windows

What's Wrong?

MSIX, all configs tried
Claude Desktop 1.7196.1.0 (MSIX) on Windows 11. Code tab crashes the entire app immediately on click. Chat and Cowork tabs work fine. Tried: reinstall, HypervisorPlatform enabled, Claude Code CLI installed, all MCP servers disabled, config stripped to empty {}, launching from user directory — none resolved it.

2. app crashes after 10-15 seconds without clicking anything
