[BUG] Screen flickering when navigating into Agent session via arrow key (Windows Terminal)

What's Wrong?

When in Agent mode, pressing the right arrow key to enter/open a session causes persistent screen flickering. The entire terminal content rapidly redraws, making the session unusable until the flicker stops or I navigate away.

What Should Happen?

Smooth, flicker-free transition into the Agent session.

Error Messages/Logs

No error messages visible. The flicker is purely visual.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch claude in Windows Terminal
2. Enter Agent mode
3. Arrow down to an existing session
4. Press right arrow key to open/enter that session
5. Observe screen flickering
