Voice indicator shows recording state after message is submitted

Description

After pressing Enter to submit a transcribed voice message, the UI continues to display the "recording" indicator, but recording has actually stopped.

Repro

1. Run /voice hold (or /voice tap)
2. Record a message, let dictation finalize
3. Press Enter to send
4. UI still shows the recording indicator, despite mic being off

Expected

Indicator clears immediately when recording ends.
