Shift+Tab Keybinding Broken in Git Bash Terminal

Bug Description
When using claude code in git bash (windows), shift+tab does not bring up the mode selector (submitting this here to see if anyone can replicate the issue, it works fine in wsl) not sure if the errors are relevant but i left them here anyway
