[BUG] in agents view, after a `/branch` neither the original chat nor the branch show up in `/resume`.

What's Wrong?

When using /branch or /fork in the new claude agents view neither the original chat, nor the branch, appears in the /resume menu.

What Should Happen?

Every chat spawned in claude agents should appear in the /resume "dropdown", wheter it is a branch or not.

Steps to Reproduce

Run claude agents
Start a new conversation
Run /branch
Try to go back to the original chat with /resume in the branched conversation.
Start a new conversation
Try to go to the original chat or the branch with /resume in the new conversation, neither should appear.

Addressed by a merged fix. Please reopen with a fresh repro if you still see this on a current version.

I am still seeing this on 2.1.181.

Steps to repro:

open CC
resume session with /resume {source session name}
background session with - press <- <-, session is now visible in Agents View
navigate back to session by pressing Enter
branch session - /branch {branched session name}
return to Agents View - <- <-

At that point {source session name} is still present in the Agents View and it is associated with the branched conversation - navigating to it opens the branch, not the source
