[BUG] in agents view, after a `/branch` neither the original chat nor the branch show up in `/resume`.

What's Wrong?

When using /branch or /fork in the new claude agents view neither the original chat, nor the branch, appears in the /resume menu.

What Should Happen?

Every chat spawned in claude agents should appear in the /resume "dropdown", wheter it is a branch or not.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run claude agents
2. Start a new conversation
3. Run /branch
4. Try to go back to the original chat with /resume in the branched conversation.
5. Start a new conversation
6. Try to go to the original chat or the branch with /resume in the new conversation, neither should appear.
