Problem Statement

Conversation titles in the Recents sidebar are always generated in English,
even when the entire conversation is in Japanese (or other non-English languages).

As a Japanese user, I have to manually rename every conversation title to
understand it at a glance. This is tedious when you have many sessions.

Proposed Solution

Generate conversation titles in the same language as the conversation,
or add a user setting to specify the preferred language for title generation.

Alternative Solutions

Currently working around this by manually renaming each conversation title,
but this needs to be done for every single session.
