Background session transcript should merge into original on deletion/resume

When using claude resume + /bg, new conversation content is stored in a separate runtime transcript. After deleting the session (double Ctrl+X), this runtime transcript is lost while only the original resume transcript remains.

Expected: new content should be merged back into the original transcript, or there should be an option to export/save it before deletion.
