[BUG] Incognito Chat Button Layers Behind Close Window Button - Windows Desktop App

What's Wrong?

When starting a new chat, the option to start an incognito chat is currently layered behind the close window button on the windows desktop app.

What Should Happen?

The incog chat button used to appear to the right of these buttons, rather than being in the top right layered behind the window minimise / fullscreen / close buttons
