Bug Report

When running claude --version on ARM64 (aarch64) Linux, the process exits with SIGSEGV.

Steps to reproduce

  1. SSH into ARM64 instance
  2. Install claude-code via install.sh
  3. Run claude --version
  4. Observe segfault

Expected behavior

Version string printed to stdout.

Environment

  • OS: Ubuntu 24.04 aarch64
  • Node: v22.11.0
  • Claude Code: v2.1.142
