[BUG] Cannot scroll conversation history in Window Terminal while enter an agent Conversation from agents view — mouse wheel and arrow keys hijacked by prompt input history

What's Wrong?

Environment

• OS: Windows 11 Pro (10.0.26200)
• Shell: PowerShell 7
• Terminal: Windows Terminal
• Claude Code version: 2.1.143
• Entered via: claude agents → attached to a session with Enter

What Should Happen?

Mouse wheel and/or arrow keys scroll the conversation buffer upward so I can review prior output and tool results.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run claude agents to open Agent View
2. Select a running session and press Enter (or →) to attach into the normal conversation view
3. Try to scroll up to read earlier Claude output, using either:

• Mouse wheel, or
• ↑ / ↓ arrow keys
