[Bug] Anthropic API Error: 500 Internal Server Error across all sessions

Bug Description
I'm receiving Error 500 Internal Server Error on all my sessions both in claude code cli as in Claude Code Desktop (Mac) apps, both in the latest versions, on different contexts
