Inconsistent Agent Behavior: Unauthorized File Creation Without Collaboration

Bug Description

Your "malicious" gates are awful. I've spent two days trying to get Clock Code to run a safe internal script, but it simply refuses for unknown reasons, and I've been completely slowed down sitting at the keyboard like a monkey pressing 1. Period.

Now I was engaging in a conversation with it with auto-edit turned off, and I ended up in a very stupid place because apparently Clock Code doesn't follow its own guidelines. Y'all are messing with the guardrails somewhere. The behavior of Clock Code is getting less and less consistent. It is getting very difficult to do agents and/or slash commands/hooks that actually do the expected behavior. I do believe you guys need to rethink this because it is getting frustrating and less useful to deal with Clock Code interactively. Your "malicious" gates are for shit.
