[BUG] Review crashed before producing findings

What's Wrong?

I attempted to do an /ultrareview and the review crashed before producing findings due to the Anthropic "API Error: Server is temporarily limiting requests (not your usage limit) - Rate Limited"

So I burned an ultrareview, and got nothing out of it.

What Should Happen?

A review should complete, give me some information about what it found, and not give me an API error killing my credit/attempt.

Steps to Reproduce

Run a claude /ultrareview and then watch your money burn and get nothing in return. I want a refund/credit for an ultrareview, this isn't a ME problem, its an anthropic problem.
