"Yes, and don't ask again for similar commands in" is toooooooo picky for timeout and npm-grep situations

Question

1. Claude is trying "timeout XX" before various test execution, and I choose "2: Yes, and don't ask again for similar commands in <pwd>" but that counts for nothing if XX changes for the next go.

2 Similarly, these are also NOT substantially different:
