[BUG] Anthropic API Overloaded: 500 Error on Simple Request

Bug Description

Simple requests to claude code failing with

  ⎿  API Error: 500 {"type":"error","error":{"type":"api_error","message":"Overloaded"}}

Steps to Reproduce

any command right now for past 5 mins

Expected Behavior

it works :)
