Text Input Rendering Malfunction in Bug Creation Interface

Bug Description
I can't insert a new line when creating a bug with /bug command. In addiction, when I move the caret in the middle of the text and add a character, then the caret move at the end of the text. In addition, I can't see the caret like I do when I write a simple prompt to Claude Code
