[BUG] Claude Assistant stalled after processing answer.

What's Wrong?

Claude Assistant stalled after processing answer. Conversation remains intact but 'Thinking...' remains stalled.

What Should Happen?

It shiuld end and tell me that answer is ready. Assistant know it because I have skill to notify me when finish, that is still working, but at the navbar of the assistant, it just remains stalled.

Open the Claude Extension from VS Code, ask anything, at any project and it remains stalled.
