[BUG] Claude Code Intellij plugin showing UTF-8 BOM markers in diffs (reopen)

What's Wrong?

The Diff view in JetBrains products includes adding a ZWNBSP/U+FEFF character.

This makes diffs always scroll up to the top, no matter where the actual diff is made. Plus it's confusing.

What Should Happen?

The ZWNBSP/U+FEFF character should not be added unless explicitly requested by the user.
