[BUG] Chrome extension MCP claude in chrome

What's Wrong?

when i try ask to claude in terminal for research something , he say to me that there is a issue in to the mcp , claude chrome extension is correctly work and activate , i've try to turn off and turn on the chrome extension , reboot claude in desktop , but the issue persist .

The last issue message talk about the probably double connection to the same extension but idk how to reslove it
