[Feature Request] Expose session names API for external integration

Bug Description
I have seen the new agent view and the session names are great. I use a custom setup with Tmux where the last page of text is passed to Haiku, summarized and set as a window name. Would it be possible to expose the session-names that agent view uses, so that I could remove the extra Haiku call? Thanks
