[BUG] Claude Code crashes on Windows (exit code 3221225477) when using Bedrock configuration

What's Wrong?

Description
Claude Code extension fails to initialize in VS Code on Windows. The claude.exe process crashes during startup with exit code 3221225477 (0xC0000005) resulting in a JSON parsing failure in the extension.

What Should Happen?

Claude Code initializes successfully and returns valid JSON for auth/status.
