[Feature Request] Add persistent sessionColor setting to settings.json for per-directory session bar color

Bug Description

Feature request: persist session bar color per-directory

/color <name> is session-only — no settings.json field, env var, or CLI flag persists it. Please add a
sessionColor (or barColor) field to settings.json so it can be pinned per-project via
.claude/settings.json. Useful for visually distinguishing concurrent sessions across repos without typing
/color every time.
