How to - migration from CC spec workflow to CCSW MCP

I have used old spec workflow in my project, then i deleted it and installed MCP version.
But there are a lot of commands, templeates etc from old version.
What i can and should delete?
What would you prefer to do to properly migrate to new version in my project?
