[Bug] Permission prompts not respected when auto-edit or bypass permissions toggle enabled

Question

**Bug Description**
I toggle to accept edit on. it still asks me permission to edit files. Similarly if i toggle to auto-mode it still asks me permissions to edit every file. If I toggle to bypass permissions, it still asks me permission to edit file and take actions. are you able to help me fix this bug?
