[BUG] Claude doesn't recognized a pro user, redirects him to onboarding new user when trying to login

What's Wrong?
When I try to log in to Claude on any platform, Chrome or Mac app, it automatically redirects me to onboarding as a new user, even though I'm using the correct email address. I am logged in properly on an iPhone app so I can see the email address is correct and the account is active and is a paid pro user.
All attempts to clear cash, cookies, incognito, safari, everything brings the same result. And I can't report it properly to support because I cannot log in and my iPhone app doesn't let me contact support.
Your help bot couldn't help me and suggested that I open this issue on GitHub.
What Should Happen?
I should be redirected to my logged in page showing all my chats.

Steps to Reproduce
Just try to log in. Obviously this is not 100% reproducible and it probably has something to do with associating my email address with my account.
