On 2026-05-09 ran /ultrareview 3 times in a row on a 1930-file diff
(82,312 insertions / 497,210 deletions, branch feat/icp-to-solana-migration).
Each run completed in ~5-10 min and reported task status completed,
but the findings payload was empty [] for all 3 runs.
