The processing stops when it says "File must be Read First"

Steps to Reproduce
It happens randomly, but as I'm not watching any given session while it works, all I see is that it is stopped on a file it should read and instead of doing so it stops.
It pick up when I tell it to read the file and continue

Yes, this worked in a previous version

It has behaved this way for about 2 or 3 weeks. I was slow to notice how repetitive it was
