On UPDATE it deleted all my .claude/settings.local.json) files

Bug Description
claude reset on ALL my projects and settings the ⏺ Read(.claude/settings.local.json)
⎿  Read 17 lines (ctrl+r to expand)
As these are a . file they were not saved they are in ignore and nwo all my setting to help me use claude are GONE bypass all the nonsense when in plan mode too i wawnt ed this is a dissater this si consnatly what antrhpic are doing with this new model it's so bad it's so dubm i'm sick and tired now of consantly figinging to keep this thing going it's terrible there is always something everytday ne wthat it decides to do that youdo not expect.

WHY WOULD YOU ALLOW IT TO REMOVE THIS and RESET on the UPDATE
