[Feature Request] Add OSC 2 escape sequence support to /rename command

Bug Description
asking that /rename also emit OSC 2 — it's a reasonable feature gap; not currently documented as supported.

When renaming a session in claude code the ghostty tab at the top doesn't change. It would be super useful to have that change on the ghostty tab to better help manage multiple claude code sessions
