/skills UI "Enter to save" keybinding does not save; only Esc exits, discarding changes

Question

In the `/skills` UI, the hint reads `Enter to save`, but pressing Enter cycles through skill statuses (same behavior as Space). Pressing Esc exits the UI without persisting any changes. There is no functional way to save from the keyboard.

**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Type `/skills` to open the skills picker
2. Navigate to a skill and toggle its status
3. Press Enter as indicated by the UI hint

**Expected:** Changes are saved and the UI closes
**Actual:** Enter cycles the status (same as Space);
