[BUG] Pinned session disappears after Claude desktop app relaunch or after switching to Cowork and back to Code

What's Wrong?

I pinned a session in Claude Code. I then switched to Chat and Cowork and after coming back to Code the pinned session had disappeared and also was not in the recent session list.

What Should Happen?

Pinned sessions should stay in pinned section

1. Pin a session in Claude Code in desktop app
2. Switch to Chat or Cowork
3. Come back to Code
