[Feature Request] Add configurable autoCompactThreshold parameter for conversation auto-compaction

Bug Description
Currently, we can't set a threshold at which Claude auto-compacts conversations. Adding an autoCompactThreshold param for a token count or percentage at which auto-compact fires would be useful.
