[BUG] Co-work single window not working - Crash

What's Wrong?

When i try to add instruction in one chat window and enter , it exit and need to load from start , it happens repeatedly and its happening only with single chat others chat are working fine , i have most informtion over here only.

What Should Happen?

When i try to add instruction in one chat window and enter , it must run and provide the information

Steps to Reproduce

Go to co-work and enter the details in existing chat which has more information and enter . claude will exit
