[Bug] Whitespace prompt fires for allowed read-only commands in iCloud Drive projects

Bug Description
"backslash-escaped-whitespace prompt fires even for read-only commands explicitly allowed via wildcard in settings.local.json, when the project lives in ~/Library/Mobile Documents. Effectively unusable for any iCloud-Drive-hosted project."
