What's Wrong?

I keep getting 'kicked out' of my paid account. I have paid for an account multiple times, on 2 different cards - and it keeps removing me from a paid account and demoting me to a free account. I have reached out to Fin and followed all steps recommended. At one point, Fin said to just request a chargeback from my credit card company for the duplicate charges. This is not a permanent solution as I had the same issue again this morning. My account was paid for on April 20th, but as of this morning I was kicked out of my paid account and asked to upgrade to a paid version. I then had to pay - again - to get all my data and projects back. yes i am signed into the correct account. I have cleared browser history etc. I am using the claude desktop on my apple.

What Should Happen?

I should have a paid account that bills monthly, not constantly being asked to upgrade or having to go through my credit card to dispute a charge. I would like a paid account, I am not looking for a refund.

Error Messages/Logs

None. I am not receiving any emails notifying me of the downgrade.

i have tried to use Fin to escalate, I have emailed 'support' to escalate, I have emailed usersafety to escalate. please help.
