[Bug] Ultraplan handoff breaks local path compatibility and return handoff fails

Bug Description
When handing off to /ultraplan after initial local planning in Claude Code, ultraplan "corrects" paths and other things that mean the new plan will not work as-is if I want to implement locally. Also, actual handing back to local doesn't seem to work at all...
