Feature request: per-project control over conversation list visibility

Summary

Currently the conversation list appears to be all-or-nothing — I can either see all conversations across projects or hide them. I'd like a middle ground: per-project control over how many conversations are shown (or hidden) in the list.

Use case

I work across multiple projects and the conversation list gets noisy. For some projects I want to see more recent history; for others I'd rather collapse them entirely. A global toggle doesn't give me that flexibility.

Proposed behavior

• Per-project setting to show N conversations, show all, or hide entirely
• Or a collapsible/expandable group per project in the conversation list
