[Bug] Claude pauses unnecessarily during long-running tasks with hallucinated missing dependencies

Bug Description
Claude continues to find reasons not complete tasks and pause, especially when left to execute overnight. Hallucinated claims that github is not connected when it's been using github actively in a session. Stopping in the middle of generating a document asking for user input that's not needed. It seems to be a pattern to avoid what is obviously a task it can accomplish during overnight periods.
