[TOKEN USAGE LIMIT] Investigate unexpected token usage increase and session limit exhaustion for Sonnet model

Bug Description
For the past 3 weeks claude token usage has been significaly high, before this I was never hitting the 5-hour limit and never even woried about weekly limits, now I hit my session limit every 2 hours, I never use Opus as my kind of tasks are great with Sonnet, in the past I was even running claude code on sonnet working for hours and never even got close to the limits now a simple question might take 5-7% of the session usage, at least for the past 2 weeks its even worse, hitting sesion limits on my Pro plan in less than 1-2 hours doesnt seem fair for paying $100 per month
